New Tampa is a region located in northeast Hillsborough County. Most of the area was annexed into the city of Tampa in 1988, which is how the area gained it's name, but a portion of the area is still unincorporated. The area has experienced a tremendous amount of growth since being annexed, and is now comprised of many communities, shopping, restaurants and parks, as well as the Southeast Regional office of USAA.
Some of the neighborhoods that make up New Tampa are Arbor Greene, Bassett Creek, Cory Lake Isles, Cross Creek, Easton Park, Emerald Pointe, Hunters Green, Heritage Isles, Hunters Key Townhomes, Jade, K Bar Ranch, Live Oak Preserve, Pebble Creek, Richmond Place, Stonecreek, Tampa Palms, Tuscany and West Meadows.
The homes in this area range from condos under $100k to single family homes well over $1 million.
